Once the black-market operation has obtained sufficient information, it adds trigger words and phrases to the application which is custom-tailored to the  target individual, who can be summoned up by calling out their name as easily as though it was by pressing a button. Then paid gang-stalkers(1) arrive near the  target individual's vicinity shouting the trigger words/phrases, oblivious to their meaning, but knowing they will assist in quickly capturing the brain of the target individual.

Also, as you will see, or gather, this is closely related to "Mind-Control".

So, here is my admittedly very crude and rather scientifically-illiterate understanding of how this works.

Strategically (or semi-strategically, or maybe not strategically at all even) located in either version of (a) machines or (b) crowds/ groups of people (can be as few as I suppose just 2 or 3 people - as long as they're doing enough drugs - psychedelics sound like the most conducive drug for this) or (c) both machines and people, I suppose; in all three cases accompanied by a repetitive trance-like mere 2 or 3 note beat.

The machines and/or people, each from their location, make sounds/noises - most likely what sounds from up close like normal machine sounds or conversation or, more likely, baby-talk, or drug-induced, or slurred-speech, or otherwise complete gibberish. Thus they emit what sounds from some distance, or if transmitted via radio (or, probably, better yet- digitized and then transmitted via radio [in the case of machine] [the last is my own guess]),  in the case of machines - like a rhythm of syllables, or  in the case of people - like a barrage of phonemes.

The syllabic rhythms and phonetic mambo-jumbo are coordinated using precise GPS location to enter the target individual's ears and hence, brain(2) where they create an interference between the target individual's natural, unhindered, pure thought and his/her brain's language-processing center. I imagine there are only extremely rare, if any, human beings who are cognitively acute enough to surmount this interference, especially after being continuously immersed in it for well over a year, without a moment of quiet (note that the pin-point targeted radio-transmission-"bullets" penetrate earplugs), and even more especially when you add the target individual's name and trigger words, phrases, and patterns of sounds/noises you've subjected them to every day (see [1]).

Therefore, as the target individual's brain is bombarded by aggressively audible linguistic components (which often enough contain full words or entire parts of sentences stubbornly being repeated - pushing the target individual to complete them [in his/her thought]), the target individual is veered off his/her own Freedom of Thought and is forced to make do with verbal-thinking which is constrained to the syllabic rhythms and phonetic palette that have penetrated his/her cognitive faculties. 

I dare say that is a limited, minor-scale form of Mind Control, which is not relevant to my present topic of discussion, but is worth considering the far more serious implications of the possible ways it could be extended and implemented.

What happens next is that the target individual's thoughts shift into concrete linguistic blocks, constituted entirely or at least at the most conscious-level of the syllabic rhythms and phonetic palette forced upon him/her. As their sound components were pin-point targeted to penetrate the target individual's head, the thoughts that he/she makes of them filter out the sounds (syllables & phonemes) that aren't included in the thoughts, while those that are used end up remaining in the target individual's head's electromagnetic field. What more, they are now organized into the electromagnetic radio waveform of the thought (I fully admit that this last sentence may be the least scientifically correct way to articulate the concept, but you can at least take it as an extremely simplistic way to convey something already quite over-simplified.... Or, maybe that actually is all there is to it..?).

So, the thought consisting of the filtered-out and organized barrage of sounds and noises into the target individual's electromagnetic field is next picked up directly from said human being's head's electromagnetic field using some sort of radio receiving method/machine/device.

... And voila! Simultaneously transmitted back to the machines and/or crowds/people, the target individual's thoughts are "played" or "spoken" ("shouted" and "screamed" is much more common) at some distance from the thinker him/herself, by, unbelievably enough, machines, and by people of all walks of life ranging from just a few to entire masses.

This will surely be edited at some point, hopefully soon, as the information becomes clearer.

It would be especially useful if any of my readers have any additional information, clues, or corrections to contribute on this subject.

The final part is the easiest. So the black-market enterprise holding the target individual practically hostage by its ceaseless spying into the person's very thoughts, now simply converts the radio-signal format of his/her thoughts into digital format and packages it into a neat little app that anyone can use to read/narrate the thoughts of the target individual live, using digital robotic vocals, or simply the app-users' own interpretive voices.

Some believe that they are communicating with "Artificial Intelligence".
